Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This storage lease agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the storage facility is located. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the county in which the storage facility is located, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
