Storage Corner and its affiliates provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions:
Storage Corner’s website, storagecorner.com, allows you to reserve or rent a unit from Storage Corner directly. Our site also provides you with the ability to reserve or potentially rent a unit from non-Storage Corner facilities through our referral network. Storage Corner is not in partnership with non-Storage Corner facilities within the referral network, and cannot control their actions. Therefore, our terms and conditions are separated into two categories: Storage Corner self storage facilities and non-Storage Corner facilities.
Storage Corner Self Storage Facility
Facilities
Features and amenities of storage facilities vary by location. Please contact facilities directly to confirm features and amenities.
Storage Units Information
Unit sizes are approximate; actual unit sizes may vary from the size listed. Please examine your self storage unit before signing the lease agreement.
Reservations
A reservation is not a self storage rental agreement. A reservation holds your selected unit type for you, for a maximum of fourteen (14) days. However, management reserves the right to cancel your reservation, or make a unit substitution, at any time before you sign a lease agreement and rent a unit. We encourage you to rent a unit online, as demand for storage units is particularly high.
Promotions and Offers
All promotions, specials, and offers are for new customers only and are based upon unit availability and unit sizes. Please contact facilities directly to confirm the availability of a particular promotion, special, or offer. Promotions, specials, and offers cannot be combined.
All promotions, specials, and offers are subject to the standard fees for rentals, such as an administration fee and the protection plan fee if applicable. Therefore, additional fees will apply if a new customer utilizes a promotion, including the month free or month for $1 promotions.
All pricing (standard rates as well as promotions, specials, and offers) is subject to change or termination without notice. Online pricing may be lower.
Communication
By providing Storage Corner with your contact information (email or telephone number) you consent to be contacted by Storage Corner by telephone call, text, and/or email. Your contact information will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Auto Pay
Online enrollment in autopay constitutes electronic signature, which has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper contract. Enrollment in autopay authorizes Storage Corner to automatically charge your credit card or debit card, or debit your bank account, monthly, for the amount due on your bill. The amount debited will automatically increase or decrease as the rental rates increase or decrease in accordance with your Rental Agreement.
To cancel your auto pay, please contact your facility or our corporate office at the telephone number below.
If there is a change to your bank or card information, including the expiration date, you must sign in to your online account or contact your facility to update your auto pay information.
Storage Corner is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits or charges. However, if notified of a billing error, Storage Corner will correct it.
If an auto pay payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by your financial institution or card issuer for any reason, Storage Corner may charge you a returned payment fee and/or late payment fee, and cancel your auto pay enrollment. Storage Corner will attempt to give you a courtesy call to make other payment arrangements. However, if payment is not made, you will be subject to the lien enforcement procedures stated in your Rental Agreement.
Protection Plan and Prohibited Items
Your stored items are not covered by Storage Corner’s insurance. Storage Corner offers a Protection Plan so your stored items can be covered under certain circumstances. Protection Plans are NOT insurance. Please review our Protection Plan details. It is important to avoid storing hazardous materials, as they are prohibited and can pose significant safety risks.
Understanding Self Storage Agreements
A self storage agreement is a crucial contract between you and the self storage facility, detailing the terms and conditions of renting a storage unit. This agreement serves to protect both parties by clearly outlining responsibilities and expectations. Typically, it includes information about the storage unit, rent, payment terms, and facility rules and regulations. It’s essential to read the self storage agreement carefully and ask questions if any terms are unclear. Understanding this document ensures you are fully aware of your obligations and rights, making your storage experience smooth and hassle-free.
Using Your Storage Unit
When using your storage unit, adhering to the rules and regulations outlined in your rental agreement is vital. This includes keeping your unit clean and well-maintained, avoiding the storage of prohibited items, and not using the unit for residential purposes. To make the most of your storage space, keep it organized and easily accessible. Consider using storage bins and labels to categorize your belongings, ensuring you can find what you need in just a few seconds. Proper organization not only maximizes your storage space but also keeps your personal property secure and in good condition.
Termination and Abandonment
Understanding the termination and abandonment procedures in your self storage agreement is essential. If you need to terminate your agreement, you typically must provide written notice to the facility, usually 30 days in advance. Abandoning your unit without proper notice can lead to the facility taking possession of the property stored inside and selling it to recover any outstanding rent or fees. Familiarize yourself with these procedures to avoid any potential issues and ensure a smooth end to your storage rental.
Storage Facility Rules and Regulations
Storage facility rules and regulations are designed to ensure the safety and security of all tenants and their stored property. These rules may include restrictions on what can be stored in the unit, designated access hours, and specific security protocols. It’s crucial to familiarize yourself with these regulations to avoid any potential issues. If you have any questions or concerns about the rules, don’t hesitate to ask your facility manager for clarification. Adhering to these guidelines helps maintain a safe and efficient self storage environment for everyone.

Non-Storage Corner Facilities (Referral Network)
At Storage Corner we put the customer first. If we don’t have a storage facility in your neighborhood, we want to help you find one. Therefore, we allow you to search for non-Storage Corner facilities on our website. You can even reserve or potentially rent a unit from a non-Storage Corner facility on our website. This gives you a seamless web user experience that we think is important. The self storage industry is governed by various rules and regulations to ensure safe and compliant operations.
However, we do not own or manage these non-Storage Corner facilities. We cannot control or influence these facilities, nor make any warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding their customer service or storage quality.
While on storagecorner.com you are subject to the Storage Corner Terms and Conditions above. However, any reservations or rentals for non-Storage Corner facilities are made with the facility directly, not Storage Corner. Therefore, when transacting with a non-Storage Corner facility, even while on Storage Corner’s site, you are bound by that facility’s terms and other contracts, including but not limited to their website’s Terms of Use. Please contact the company or their website for more information and to review their terms.
